Skylighting

S K Y L I G H T I N G

Welcome to skylighting, the graphics journal of lilycobalt. Why the name? There's a somewhat silly story behind it, but "skylight" has been one of my favorite words for a few years now, so naturally I added "ing" onto it. :) Most of what you see here are user icons, though from time to time I'll also make a friends-only banner. All graphics until the end of 2008 are made with Photoshop CS2. Now I'm back on Photoshop Elements.

Rules are pretty standard:

+ No hotlinking.
+ No editing of icons.
+ Comment, because it's nice to know people are seeing these.
+ Credit - lilycobalt, skylighting, or both - but not neither.

A couple of other things:

+ If you ever want a tutorial of one of my icons, ask and I'll post it. I might not know exactly what I did, but I always save my .psd files.
+ If you ever think one of my icons is good enough to nominate for an award, please let me know which one and where. I don't know if I'm that good yet, but I'd like to be. :)
